Coming this week at Keeping the Feast

Tuesday afternoon, May 4,  look for a salad recipe composed of Jersey Fresh asparagus and new potatoes with a tangy vinaigrette dressing as we report back from area farm markets.

Wednesday afternoon, May 5  will bring the second entry  in Jeanne Scarpato’s four part series on her journey to Siena where she studied the ancient art of stained glass with Tuscan masters and enjoyed the cuisine they shared with their students.

 On Friday, May 7, KTF’s series on the Marian month of May continues with film suggestions & recipes for a movie night the whole family can enjoy!
